We've teamed up with Meditainment to provide some downloads to help your emotional wellbeing.
These are audio (mp3) files which you are able to download to your hard drive and play from your computer, play on your portable audio player or burn to CD. You can even share them with your friends and family.
Each download contains between 4 and 20 minutes of audio and costs between $6.00 and $10.00 each. You’ll have the file available to download from the Wellness Shop for 12 months from the time of purchase – and once downloaded you are able to keep it forever. There is no limit to the number of times you can download the file from your account.
